Another page!
Thumbs up Webster!!!, have a great time!
The parts truck has chisolm lower arms, and the rearend has been "flipped!....I cant wait to get those parts under my 83, or the frontend pieces anyway!...some good sheetmetal there too!, and the interior is grey, with tilt, a/c and cruise, no power windows or locks tho.
shame, but I didnt have time to get any pics....wagonmaster may have tho...not sure.
yum!

Y'know, color me Homer. I had the camera and 4 discs empty. Where were they? In the floorboard of the truck...d-oh!
We were kinda busy, though, as you may recall, pouring over all the goodies that truck had.

Hey, nice score there goat! Looking at that pic, it looks like about the right height I wanna get my truck. I know Webster has said repeatedly about using the van lca's, but I'm a guy who likes to do things right the first time. If I'm going to do that, I'm going all out with new ball joints, bushings, and springs. So those $80 lca's are going to cost 200-300 before it's over. In the mean time, I'll just sit here and dream of when my truck will look good. Here is a pic of what I would really like to have. Man that's some good popcorn! Where's that truck smiley??????

The more I think about it, and as much potential that the truck has, I think it will be a good mount for a big block/833....that autta bring the front down some more....there is no engine in it now.
It is wrecked in the front and rear, but all very repairable damage. The bedsides are straight and rust free, cab corners dented, but fixable. needs a core support, grille surround, bumper, etc.
I already have the pieces to give it the 86-9 look.
Just what I need...another project. LOL
I live for it!
Yummy!

Looks like a great parts truck!!!!!

OOOOOOOO, a big block 4-speed would be real nice!!

The weekend here is supposed to be in the 50's so we are planning to do some work on the truck and hopefully if it doesnt rain tuesday i can go get it inspected. It really sucks having your inspectors license and not being able to use it because i no longer work at a facility that does inspections. But the pay is MUCH better here.

Outcast Dodge guy.

Bring the front down some more? It's about perfect now! About how much do you think a big block will lower it? I've got a 440 sitting on a stand waiting for me to do some thing with it so I can drop it in old grey. It's got an automatic. I've thought of a 4 sp. That would certainly keep the wife out of it. She can't drive a stick.

On the ride height, I figure it will come down at least 2-3 in, considering it has no engine in it in the pic.....that can be cured easily enough tho...not sure if the springs have been cut or not.
I think it sits about right in the pic too!
A four gear wouldn't scare my girlfriend off!
