I am going through my rally gauge set in my 74 cuda and realized that the oil gauge is no good. Originally the needle could bearly be seen with the lenses on it was pointed towards the bottom. I took the gauge out and the needle feel off. Is there a way to rebuild them or someone here in Florida that would rebuild them? Or is it better to pay 80.00 to replace the gauge. The outside of the gauge looks fine. Anyone have any thoughts on this. Thanks

A good gauge shop can rebuild or replace as needed. Even after rebuild, the rally gauge is slow responding as in quite a few seconds (at least mine is).

I ran a mechanical gauge immediately after building my BB. It would show some pressure cranking and almost instantly jump to high pressure after start with cold oil. The rally gauge is sloow. It shows no pressure on crank and slowly moves to high pressure after start. I'm thinking of adding a light or a faster acting added gauge to warn me of momentary low OP situations.
