I have been working on this thing for over 13 years, and finally, today, I pulled it out of the garage under it's own power!!

Thanks guys, and yes it is a great feeling. Mike, I actually had a "correct" mirror (or reasonably close) but couldn't bring myself to put it on. I took other liberties as well that veered away from the VP theme,(six pack, radials, larger front and rear sway bars, vintage air, bigger brakes etc.) I just built it the way I wanted it.

Thank you for posting this. I'm currently mid-resto and would like to set the thing of fire every time something doesn't fit or look right.

I usually like a clean car but I love the badging on the Challengers. What a nice looking car. Great job!

From the day I towed it home from the field it had sat in for 6 years, disassembled it, had to move it when it was entirely in boxes ( divorce), in a rotisserie for over 10 years, it was 18 years before I ever got to hear it run or drive it... Car in my pic..

I know your pain and your pleasure!
