Looks amazing...any details on drivetrain and type of racing you'll be doing with it?

Sweet, a guy I know here in MI that moved to TN years ago had one with a 440 in it... I believe it was white..I think his was a 74 or 75 though.. His brohter has a 78 arrow with a MRL 408 in it.. Says the car has never been quicker or more consistant then with this engine. So much so that he had to do some rear end work on it, lol.. I had MRL do my 440 for my 71 gtx I am building.. Street car 554.7 hp.. Kevin

71 gtx.....

I always liked the Colts. Back in the late 80's at my local track there was a 70 or 71 Colt that ran in the Fast 8 class with a real 426 with a cross ram intake that carried the front wheels 4 feet in the air for about 60 ft. I think it ran low 5's in the 1/8.

1.33 60 ft,6.21 at 110.59 in the 1/8, pump gas small block,2950lbs,drag radials,mufflers and driven to track ...

That's the car I bought and brought back to Mi back on 04 or 05. I never did anything with it and traded it about a year later for a Demon. I saw it for sale again in the Monroe area on CL, but haven't seen it since. I've posted a pic to two in the various Colt threads over the years.

Jesse,
Did you re-body the car that got wrecked, or is this a new build?

Do you remember who you bought it from...I had a
buddy that use to run at Milan with a white 440 one..
his name was Al Petrules(sp)
