Thanks guys. The compliments really make me proud that I did it myself. I can't wait to finish it up and start driving. I'm really hoping to get the bed done after re-hanging the bumpers this wknd, then clean and detail the interior. I did notice though that more stuff seems out of place against the fresh paint. Like the mirrors and door handles. The paint makes me want to order new parts for it, but I'm staying strong.

Rockauto lists new "Outside Door Handles" just over $11ea. + shipping... My son ordered some and they look pretty nice.

$11 a piece But as soon as I do I will have to get mirrors too.
speedway has some 4" peep mirrors that clamp on the door edge for $15 each.
then you have to replace the rear view with a billet flame mirror for $35... and then it needs..

I made a little more progress today. It was late so I only took two crappy pics. I got the bumpers back on and put on the chrome drip rail molding. I need to paint my rear bumper, the little flat/step portion in front of the tag. I'll sand it and paint it black. While going on my test drive I starting pouring oil from under the truck so I limped it home. The oil pressure switch took a dump and was pushing oil out the top of the senser where the plug goes in. Luckily O'Reilly's had one in stock. Autozone and Advance both had to order it. I need to adjust the front bumper down a little. I actually need to replace it because of a couple of huge dents on it. J/Y here I come. This is why I like working on older vehicles. The wife snapped this one. You don't have enough space in new cars for an arm, much less climbing in there. Then she thought it would be cool to snap this one. You gotta start them out early...

my youngest daughter has always been a good helper. All I had to do was describe to her what the tool looked like, and what drawer it was in and she saved me many trips from under the truck or sitting under the hood.
