My Truck is a 1988 cross with other years.I used the control arms out of a 1987 or 1988 dodge van.Van control arms have about a 1 3/4 pocket. Springs were not cut. There is a bit of work getting the strut mounted to the van control arms, Holes have to be drilled to hold the struts. The camber gets thrown off but there was enough adjustment to aline it up. Also the bump stops were removed . Rides good.

Well it mostly melted off today, wouldn't know it even had been as bad as it was this morning, supposed to be low sixties on Thursday. The electricians got the problem fixed today, now I gotta work tomorrow. Got a few more small dents worked out today...moving right along!

Abilene has set or tied record highs Monday (81 old record 74) and Tuesday (77 tied). Must be all that global warming. With all the wind lots of grass fires though.
