HMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Do I smell something bigger and badder?
No same drive train. nothing wrong with it. It appears the tps malfunctioned which led to the current issue.
1)CM chassis double frame rail streched 12 inches 2)Full carbon interior 3)It will go on a diet
Should be sweet.

Thats what we talked about last night. I thought you were brewing something else up already.
Who knows what could change between now and then
We will reuse most of what I already have. Time for some

Hey Jimmy how much damage was to the blower, intake or motor.
Jesse
So far from what we can tell it all looks fine(UGLY) but fine. The intake will be replaced since it having so many issues from the start.
The worst part is the injector damage,I think that hurts the worst.Everything elese is cosmetic.
The engine has to come apart since the fire dept. filled it with water .
I am feeling a little better now but still have a hard time going to work on it.
We will see how it goes.

I had something similar happen a few years back. Fortunately it looked much worse than it was. A few hours spent cleanin', dippin and rebuilding the carb, painting and polishing and I was back together in a weekend. So sorry to hear it, though, as it's a real bummer when you just get the car put together.

I watched some vids of the car and couldn't help but notice that you always pump the throttle on that thing, that is a TOTAL NO-NO! When you pump the throttle on a big blown alky engine like that you fill the cylinders up with fuel and each time you pump it you throw more fuel on the fire, so-to-speak, until something real bad happens, like you hydro a cylinder or it misfires and tosses the blower off of it.
I feel your very lucky it didn't pop the blower in your face when you were cranking the throttle sitting in the shop while you stood over it. If you notice, a blown alky or fuel car NEVER pumps the throttle during a burnout, they know if they do they risk bangin' the blower off.
I hope you can get things back together and regardless why this happened understand that you should NEVER pump the throttle on a combo like that, your asking for very bad things to happen, you may now know that.
Good luck regardless of what direction you now go.
