Thats awful, especially after all your efforts. I had a good fire myself in the past, and after trying every cleaner under the sun, I found that using a clean rag with gasoline on it worked the best for making parts look as good as they once did. Hope the repairs go smoothly

Hi Jimmy, Well that was a pretty depressing post, I am really, really sorry how it turned out on your post, having been down a similar road to your self, I can really appreciate where your coming from.
It has has nothing to do with how much we have invested or how much more is needed to invest to return it back to its former glory, its still a gigantic bitter pill to swallow.
Yeah, there will be those that are jealous of the have & have nots, but incidents like this put us all on a level playing field. No matter what or who you are, these sort of incidents really hurt...
I admire your 'turn the other cheek' & wanting to forget what happened & lets get it fixed attitude.
I know I can't really help, being the other side of the pond, but if I could, I would...
All the best, try & stay positive, Mark . . . .

Jimmy, not a lot to add, I was shocked to see the pics, sick feeling etc. Really glad that no one was hurt, human parts are harder to replace. I have a feeling your determination will win over the bad feelings. Good luck, Ran

When I saw the subject line I thought it must be a joke, then I saw the first pic and I got that sick feeling. Truly sorry for you man, know how much you've put into this car. Glad nobody got hurt.
I think this covers my thoughts very well...I'm really sorry to see it & glad no one got hurt...Also glad you said it looks worse than it actually appears to be... Good Luck getting it back together...That Dart is Badass....

Sorry to see that, I threw up in my mouth a bit... I'm sure since that has a tag on it that it is insured to the gills w/ collector car insurance, if it is, I would expect they will pay for EVERY penny of that mess, and then some. I had a little fire under the hood and they sent me a check for $5500.00 w/o a question.
