Well, all Chrysler literature lists the A45 package as only available on GTX and road runner for 71. All 71 decklids were prepped with cutouts in the inner skin for the wing regardless if the car was optioned for it or not.

71 SSPs came standard with V6_ striping. It's the pinstripe over around the wheelwells and following the trunk lid edge up and around the rear window.
I'd like to see photos of the fender tag and door VIN decal. Interesting, as all the confidential price bulletins I have for 71 show the A45 as only available on GTX and road runner.

Dont think thats true I have 2 other lids and they dont have cut outs!

That's because they were eliminated for the '72 model year when the spoiler was dropped from the option list.

Odd.....is that first character on the door VIN an R? That would seem to designate the Winsor build plant and your fender tag has G for St. Louis. I've not seen one like that before....
