Well I wrecked the Daytona September 2010 and have been racing the Duster for two years now. At its current weight (2850) its gone 10.08 with a very mild 408 on pump gas 93. Its gone 6.29 in the 1/8 mile so I am going to see how close to a 5.99 I can go next year with Edelbrock heads. I bought some used Strange struts, brakes, coils, and spindles off a Friend for 100 dollars and he is going to install them for another 500 in the next week or two. Then I can get black aluma-stars to match the back. I would love to finish the Daytona and install my B1 heads on the 572 and do some limited Top Sportsmen racing at some IHRA divisional events. I have three engines to rebuild for myself so far this Winter so I will be busy.

The new car performed well, but always trying to improve. Working to get it to run better in the first half of the track. Going to look into the trans and converter, check the rod bearings and be ready to go. Aiming at bettering my finishes of this year. 1 win,1 runner up,3 semis.

No real changes for me. I just want to drive and race my car and enjoy it. I hit my goal but sometime I plan to try a singleplane intake and maybe a Dominator. Ron

I really want to have Big Squeeze rebuild my low gear 904 and have another converter built for it.

It went a new best of 11.23@119.5 friday night and I think in the same awesome air it might go a 10.9999999 with the low gear trans and a little more converter. 11.20s is faster than I ever thought this pump gas 360 would go in my 3500lb(with driver) ride.

I also am going to try very hard to do Drag Week with my Dad again. But my wife and I have our first child due any day now and I understand that will have an impact on my time and money?

my plans are to just be able to race next year. didn't even go watch or make one pass in the car this year. mopar65

Lighten the car and driver up a bit.

Just a few changes to make it a better bracket car. Motor and trans are both failry fresh and should be ready to go another year. Obviously I'll be checking valve springs and such before it goes back out.

Try to keep the front of the car lower than the guard rails and straight! See the video in my thread and you will see what I am talking about!

Finally pick my Pile up from Bob's Pro Fab!!! and get it back to my house!!

Aspen is getting the passenger header put on. New slicks and maybe a roll bar, not sure on that yet.

Then hope to get other 2 project cars done and one sold.

More cubes and possibly a Bruno/Liberty transmission.

Hit the track and have some fun. Its going to be a bit of work though. The car has not been raced for 15 years so it needs some work. I also need to get my 68 Fury wagon in shape to tow the 64 440 to the track. Now that I am unemcumbered by a spouse I have more free time and money. Maybe I'll be ready by June, August at the latest. Perhaps I can meet some of you fellers at GLD. I can't wait!!

7-Cut out rear cross sub-frame that's badly notched for clearance and install a new tubular one----COMPLETE, just needs paint!

Having the Indy ez-1s opened up to full port and a custom grind cam to match. Also, replacing the manual water pump with an electric pump. Had a new best last night 9.95 @ 135. Now, it's time to beat it!

Pull my 440 since it is making some bad noises! save up and build a 505 and run some 6's in the 1/8th.

Get both cars ready for 7.0 index No E 1/8 mile racing. Cam and heads change on Maroon car and change to DA shocks on both cars. If budget and time allows get 64 Polara ready for 5.50 index No E
