Nice Job! Where were you racing?
I went to Dragway 42 in West Salem, OH. Track is not very good during the day, but was hooking great Saturday night!
In the final, I was .0058 on the tree and my opponent was .0051. I ran a 6.721 on a 6.72 dial, and he went 6.673 on a 6.67. I crossed first by .0018!
You beat a guy in a Chevy powered Ranger, didn't ya. Good going, and you gotta love the close ones!
How'd you know? Were you there? Funny thing is, I had to run him Sunday in the 2nd round of the points race, he was definitely not happy after that one...
Does it say "Built Ford Tuff with Chevy Stuff" & Bumber sticker that said "If You Never Had Dirt in Your Beer You Have Never Been To a Race" on the Ranger???? If so I have been in the Grandstands many of times proving the bumber sticker to be true with orginal owner of the Ranger. Congrats on the win!!!! You will never forgot those good races!!! I would frame the time slip with The Hardware!!!
