I decided to keep the attached floor to the tub keeping that little roll formed arch. I drilled out the spot welds and I will rosette them in place to the floor. I though it would make a nice touch, kinda a stock look.

That's pretty close to where they will end up with very little shaping or fill panels (other than the expected strip).

i will fit the trunk supports and diagonal braces tomorrow. Then final fit and cleaning Rinse and Repeat.

The hole are measured in inches.
Top to bottom;
1st = 2.25 up 0.75 back
2nd = 1.75 up 1.50 back
3rd = 1.25 up 0.75 back
4th = 0.75 up 1.50 back
You better sharpen that 41/64th drill bit

A little wire brush, grind the sharp edges smooth weld on the Parking Brake Cable bracket and some Rustolem SemiGloss Black and Huala <SP>.
On to the mini tubs install/weld in. I hope I can finish tomorow.

Put on a dark cumbersome helmet, wedge your head into a fenderwell and start welding sheet metal straight overhead! not the most enjoyable jobs I've done. I have friggin Blisters on top of my head! Ouch!
Did i forget to mention that its so humid that i must move quickly before my glasses and the welding lens fogs up and i cant see anything.
