n20mstr OP master N Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 4,701 On the parachute mount	Well after 193 passes, of which 148 were with nitrous....Running it too fat finally caught up to me...I have leaned it out to the tune of picking up almost 6 mph, and its still a little fat! After running a nice and too fast pass of 8.43 @ 160. (for 8.50 index)I rolled up my chute, put it in the car, purged my line. When i started the car to drive back, i noticed a lot of smoke out the header, Well when i got back i pulled the plugs, sure enough #8 was oiled pretty heavily, but the strap was still there!!! LOL Im sure upon inspection its gonna have a lifted ring... Its served me well, cant complain at all, a shelf piston and moly ring thats seen WAY more nitrous than it was intended to. New parts were already on order before this even happened so ....BAD A$$ STREET CAR.....

Now it has 3.70 gears, i have never run it on motor with the 3.70's how much nitrous??? well .070 jet in a plate, and .032 in a fogger, jet area adds up to .114 so about 375-400 hp we had to go over the scales yesterday, it was 3515lbs Last edited by n20mstr; 11/10/08 09:31 PM. ....BAD A$$ STREET CAR.....

Im pretty sure that it has potential to go a lot faster, with a little more agressive on the second stage, and a little leaner, BUT we see what next season brings Plans and parts are already in the works... ....BAD A$$ STREET CAR.....
