not the same stuff you are

relook at your pic

LOL THOSE AREN'T SHROUD HOLES... never seen any mopar car with anything in those holes on the side of the rad strap.. different manufacturers of rad possibly used these straps on many cars back then.. keep trying.. looked at all 3 of my 440-6 rads and none have any sign of anything ever being in these holes.. maybe some car used them for a shroud bracket but which one?

Sorry to say but those are shroud bracket mounting holes. They get the same special spring steel cage nuts that the b-e body 22" radiators get along with the same brackets. Hopefully my picture shows the holes ok in both pieces along with the clips. I also have some of the 330 shrouds used so they had to come off something. No, I am not saying you have to had a shroud, just that they can come on your radiator and how they mount. Too bad our build sheets didn't have a box for a shroud call out, huh?

have yet to see a 330 shroud on an HP full size 22" rad.. they do show brackets in the parts book..but they show lots of stuff with wrong applications there... sure is odd that none have been found yet..and with the survivors that are known even they don't have them...just another mystery i guess..
