I thought I posted this find when we got it(back in Oct), but looking back I must have forgot to post it here.

anyways it just jumped in my truck so we had to bring it home and give it a nice place to hang out

my son called me one night and told me about a glass willys coupe body on Craigslist for $500.00, I told him to call the guy and tell him we would take it and pick it up in the morning for sure.
so Me and Jonsgottaduster went and picked it up.

it is a race weight body and will need some bracing done to it but it has 2 piece doors a trunk lid and rear fenders and a dash, it is just missing the front clip.
It will make a great Gasser racecar project for my son.(wish it was mine) but I will get to play with it too.
so here are some pics of the new toy for my son(and me)
and what we hope to make it look like. Ron...

some day we hope to look something like these:

this one even has a BB mopar in it..

The ultimate hot rod for sure. I have 1 of these in kit form. I started buying everything in the mid 90s. Sadly do to my health I will never see it put together..

I am truckless..

Great score Ron! I'm tossing around the idea of one of those for my next project, assuming I finish the current one.

That's the #1 car on my bucket list Ron. The ultimate Hot Rod.

1957 Dodge truck, Snakeskin Green with a little stroker motor. 1964 Plymouth Savoy wagon ( my new project)
