mo-power event at kanawha valley dragway #1453976

the track operator at kv dragway told me the mopower event has been cancealed do to charlie b. health problems. i will keep you posted he said he may try to have his own thing would probably only a fri-sat race or possibly only saturday. he is supposed to call me this week. if u r intersted in something like this let know. he prob will not have all classes but maybe i can talk him into the 10.0 shoot out quick 16 and it will most likely be mopar vs world on sat.

let us know what happens because that is my next big event after Indy and was really looking forward to going there.

Sorry to hear this, I was actually thinking about racing at the Nats when I heard that CB was going to run the racing part of the show. Anyone that has any updates on his health problem please let us know.

Keep us informed we were planning on coming down to race. There are a few others planning on coming down, They have not opened pre-register yet we have been checking the web page Thought it was strange on that. I might be able to find out something myself let you know what I find out.

i am very sorry to say this.. mopower events is closed .. no more racing.. thier out .. sorry to see them go i always had a good time with them and won some money..

I know Brian, we were one of those people. Not happy campers right now. You know we will not get our money back. Many be we will see you at Milan. Need to decide what we are going to do now.

Yep, here also. I debated on wheather to sign up for points or not $$$$ at Columbus but decided to support the events. I wonder where you call or write to get that refunded.

I'am concerned about the racing at the Mopar Nationals since Charlie was going to be in charge of that.We wish Charlie well with his health issues and hope someone can get reliable information about his future events,especially the Mopar nationals.

Charlie has nothing to do with the race part of the nats.. it was just going to be one of his points races. but he had nothing to do with it.

Yes it does, seeing as how I missed out on the Columbus event and asked Cris to transferr that entry to KV, and she did,,now this.

If Jeff were to get it back, Sled City would be all for it and there are plenty of you that would be for it also. Things are always changing. And some things stay the same. There is a lot of ifs out there that we will not discuss at this time.
