It's you on it looking raised , the paint, the picture angle and whatever else is under that paint is playing tricks on your eyes.

Regardless the tranny stamp is already at issue, so in my book puts the integrity of all the other stamps into question.

IIRC this car was here in Vegas at one point, ask for a picture of the transmission part number stamped on the other side. If it is the same car, the trans is from '74 or '76?
