I also have a '75 Duster, but I use a low deck. I have had three different sets of headers on the car. The Hooker 1 7/8, Pro-parts 2" and the Hedman Huslers 2" and I have to say the Hedman are hands down the best fitting and built header of the three. I can easily change the plugs and get the header out without anything else having to be taken off or loosened. The only tire issue is that they hit the side of my tires on hard left hand turn. They do not seem to inhibit the ability to use a taller tire. Unfortunately, the Hedmans are pricey - $745 uncoated from Summit. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-75161/overview/make/dodge
