Ahh, that's something I do almost everyday .I use a small jewlers flatblade screwdriver to bend the tab up, and a long nut driver to carefully pry off the buttons , using the case as leverage. It takes about 15 seconds to remove all 5 . You are aware those push buttons are available in reproduction for about $ 70 set ? I am not 100 % thrilled with them , but they work.
Greg
Yes, I have seen the repop chrome buttons, but not at $70.00. Everywhere I've seen them for sale, the price range is $83.00 to $90.00. Where can I get them for $70.00?

I bought them in bulk along with some other parts so I got a price break when we ordered them. I would be glad to sell you a set for $70 and ship them for free as long as you are in the U.S.
Greg
Thanks Greg. I sent you a PM.
