U.S. Car tool 3 wheel cart here. We had to leave the valve covers off for the Hemi to go in from below.

Stock Valve covers? Ours fit with them on, but it was really close.

The blocks were solid and the wood had chalks screwed into them. Ideal no. But it worked and we kept jack stands under it. Yes I was very nervous during the lift. The picture was taken at the worst part of the lift. Jack stands were extended and placed front and rear during the process. As far as the valve covers not staying on. The Stage V Barton covers are slightly larger and will not fit between the inner fenders from the bottom.
