I have a '02 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 V8 5spd. About 1,500 miles ago I installed a new clutch:

And a new master and slave cylinder assembly, the problem I am having is my clutch is VERY VERY soft and it doesnt grab until almost completely realeased at the top of the pedal. Any ideas???

I'll wait for a pro stick guy to pop in on this..... but I'm betting you are going to end up putting a different clutch (factory) one in it.

Air in the hydraulics still? Maybe an internal hydraulic leak past a faulty seal in the master or slave cylinder? (Had a John Deere 3055 do that once)
I know the new stuff sometimes comes as an assembly, but sometimes there is a little allen screw that acts as a bleeder and you can loosen the screw and slave cylinder and with a helper, bleed the whole system.
