I bought it about 3-4years ago at the Spring Fling in Van Nuys. Couple guys started a company called crazy eight lifts - I think they only lasted a year or two before they went out of business... I believe I paid $250 for the whole set up...

Fabricated mine from some scrap steel tube and casters leftover from rotisserie build. Designed to be engine break-in stand, then used to slide the engine/trans under the car while I lifted the front with my tractor. Since I was only lifting front of car, had to be pretty exact on height of the fixture.

Mockup using old 383/727; 440 and 727 were both being rebuilt.
