T&D offers two different intake offsets for the victors. .650 for standard port and .725 for Max Wedge. I like the way T&D oils through the adjuster Not sure if any others do this. The gold ones I have don't. Have not ordered rockers yet. Hmmmm so maybe I can get away with the lesser offset rocker while using the offset lifters I have to keep pushrod angle straighter Got some mock up to do myself. I have MW Victors. Don't mind clearancing just don't want to window the port. Thanks for all the good info here.

My HS rockers have a spray hole at the adjuster and I have used HS for 20yrs and they are 40 mile from me so I have/will use them.I will call HS monday and ask about pushrod angle/load,rpm.I have been using the comp 829 lifters that are solid, center cupped.
Update:With the .250 offset ball adjuster in the pr cup I measured from the side of the rocker to the shaft hold down and got .470 so I then moved the rocker over untel I linedup the roller with the valve tip and measured the rocker side gap and got .060 so .410+.250 offset in the rocker gives .660 so I believe the extra .060 can be ground from the port outside and be able to use the .600 offset rocker.I hope I explained that ok,any question just ask.
I measured earlier and got a different measurement and I think that is flex in the adjustable pr.I am doing the best I can with what I have.sorry for the conflicting posts!

FYI I think the gap at the pushrod and port base can be carried all the way up the port to the rocker.

1st call I made was to T&D and the .650 rocker is 76$ ea. but they use the .750 shaft and HS is .875

I'd like to know how the Comp 87019 differs from my IMM offset-intake lifters, other than not having the pushrod oiling hole. Since I don't use that feature and was primarily looking for direct-feed oiling to the needle bearings along w/ the offset intake seat, those could be a viable alternative for the future.

On the HS rockers the offset is .650 and not .600 as I have seen on summit so as a correction make note.I asked about the pr angle and they said it was not a factor other than a slightly longer pr is used weather it be a .650 or .800 offset.

from the bottom the pr adjuster lines up center in the hole so it is looking real good and will mock up again tomorrow for pr length, fit.

The side gap for the intake is .185 with no shims between the rocker perch hold down and the rocker and the total gap with the exh in there is .295 but I will find the exh side gap to the perch later today. The pushrod length with no head gasket is 9.600 with the adjuster out on the rocker about 3 threads as I got it from HS.[with no lash.]
ps:I will get the pr side gap also,I forgot it.
on the exh the rocker moves from perch to .160 with the pr in the rocker cup.I will get an o/c to valve later also.
update:o/c to the exh valve is .140
the total gap between rocker stands is 3.75

I realize it is a juble of info but I hope to map it so it may be understandable.SORRY!

A couple pics up it almost looks like intake roller is running off edge of valve tip with no shim between rockers... Do you plan on reducing the shim on the left side of ex rocker to move it all over a bit or, does that push ex roller off center too? Thanks for the good info and pics here.

I tried to measure for the pushrod length with an adjustable pr and got 9.735 and then I subtracted for the ball bearing in the cup[.311]=9.424 without a gasket or .020 lash so did I do this correct and do you think a 9.400 pr will work? Thanks for your help!

Mike I wasn't trying to be smart or anything but when you are going to order pushrods you want to check and measure as the engine will be assembled including head gaskets, intake and exhaust valves in head with light weight valve checking springs. After you have the lifters you are going to use install headgasket, head, adjustable pushrod with proper ends, and both intake and ex rockers. Turn over engine as you would setting valves and set proper lash clearance on both rockers. As per rockerarm instructions have adjuster sticking out of rocker the recommended amount. (example I thing Harlan sharp wants about 3 threads showing for proper oiling of pushrod cup]. To little cup will hit rocker, to much pushrods will burn-up from lack of oil. Now either with a helper or very slowly rotate engine to see if pushrod is rubbing anywhere. Rotate again checking to see if you are satisfied with the rocker to valve tip sweep. If in dough apply blueing to valve and rotate engine to check pattern. Until you are satisfied of pushrod clearance and sweep no measurements can be taken as you may be changing the geometry and pushrod length. Make sure your adjustable pushrods have the proper ends so they fit the lifter and rockerarm adjusting ball. If you are satisfied with all the above remove rocker assembly. Now the pushrod is out and locked down with the proper length. Measure total length and write it down. When you go to call the company of your choice be prepared to supply brand of rocker you are using, brand of lifter, and let them know its for a Mopar. He should be able to come up with the proper length from that info. The major brand (Smith brothers, manton, and others) usually know the radius that given brands use. They really like to have a measurement from the bottom of the cup to the end but they should be able to help if you can't give that length. I would get into the ball-bearing trick for measuring but this post is already way to long.

I see comp cams has cut to length pr 8.5" to 9.800" w/press in cup so that is 1 option.
