I've talked to Laverne at the NHRA div 2 finals before, I'm sure he doesn't remember me but his car is nice, very nice and hauls azz. Would love to see the numbers on this engine.

I'm going to let Scotty decide if he wants the numbers from the dyno on here.
Guitar Jones, were you the guy that talked to me about my hood scoop at Valdosta?
No I was talking to you about your front end rack setup. It's been quite a few years.

I don't mind it made 1030@8400 & 718ftllbs @ 7100 This was best pull we managed to get before we ran outta fuel. We didn't have but one five gallon pail and it went quick warming engine and sealing rings. I believe it has more in it we didn't change much we moved timing down two degrees and it lost 15hp/ went up 1.5 from starting timing and it responded with 22hp but we were out of fuel by then. It was also on rich side, we didn't even get to try a jet change. I'm not 100% sure but I believe it has at least 1050 in it!
Thanks again Laverne for the small block of my Dreams! Also need to thank Curtis Boggs, Steve Lowe, John Beck and VDL fuel systems

VERY IMPRESSIVE! Why would you build anything else? W9RP's are the only way to go!

Very impressive!
Are the exhaust ports in the same location on the W9 RP as the other W9 heads?
Bill
No..The bolt pattern is the same but the ports are 1/4 higher

Might have been me when I meet you down there about a couple years ago
