Depends on how much you want to spend and how nice you want it to look. I bought a header kit from Jegs and a few extra j bends from summit. You can also buy weld rings so the welds don't protude into the tube when you butt weld. When i decided I needed two tube around the frame I bought cheap slip on collectors from summit. I used steel tubes and mig welded them. Looks like crap on the outside, looks fine on the inside. https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/show...rue#Post7358657

It should all slip together. I always purge the tubes also, best way to get a good looking and strong weld on the tubes.

It's all up to the amount of room you have. That's the main factor My car being stock with T bars and stuff it's all a trade off. I just went big and unequal lengths. 2&1/4 with short and longs lol. It's hard get the fronts short with stock shocktowers. These were what put my car in the fives in the 1/8. I had hooker fenderwell supercomps and it would run hi O's. Only thing changed were headers and it went low .90's

they will be on a chassis car with strut frontend..only thing really there is the master cylinder and brake stuff is mounted in the floor...ill take some good shots of the front and the room I have .. the pass. side is open just the driver has the normal.....
Get a Hedman BB MoPar kit or SBC kit and flanges from anybody for the least expensive option. Step headers require a little more thought , but you have enough room to do anything you want header wise.
