Holy Crap! I used my coat hanger to tap from the stem end and out she came. I thought that the metered orifice on the rear brake side was pressed in but it was the shuttle. Major A-ha moment. The inside is pretty clean with no chunks just a tiny bit of sludge. This was my major concern. I could get some new O ring, and probably will, but they look pretty good and are tight.
Like Crap Game said in Kelley's Heroes, "You get a cookie."
Thanks Greg and everyone

Actually most cars from the early 70's and up call them a combination valve many times as it has the dual funtion switch to move over and turn the brake lite on if you loose one side of the system but they also have the prop valve and a metering valve in that valve. The metering valve is only with disc brakes. Ron

I didn't replace anything. Everything looked good so I decided to put it back together and not end up with some wrong sized O rings that would bind.
Will let you know....
Thanks
