Can I add a couple questions to the thread? Do both Doug's and TTI allow for PS in A-Bodies? And what issues may there be within the installation if one were to have a manual trans?
As mentioned, you either need to bend the lower arm of the Z bar or cut it off, move and weld it back on. The lower arm hits both header brands in the same basic place.
At least they now have a footnote for the z-bar issue. Every 4 speed car I've worked on has had this issue. I always enjoyed asking if they had fixed/addressed the issue only to be told they never heard about it over multiple years.
Most all the time with Dougs and tti, any issues with fit are because the engine is not in the right spot. Shims come in handy.
PS is not an issue with either header brand

I run the TTI on my 69 Dart with a stock K-frame and had to shim the motor up about 1/4".
416 stroker from Nick at Compu-flow. 11.14 in full street trim. Seems like a new best every time out. 11.06 open headers----so far!!
