Got an email from the shop that is trying to install the Wilwood brake kit on my 71 Charger.

The rear brakes call for an O-ring type axle bearing - Brake Kit# 140-11395 - however, Wilwood gives the manufacturing # - MO400 for the bearing and not the actual part #.
My bearing guy can't cross the # over and Wilwood can't-won't supply me with the correct #.
Any help appreciated.

Anyone happen to know another part number so I can get him the correct parts needed?

Are they asking for the axle seal - or the bearing itself? sounds like they are refering to green bearings...?

if so, i think the part # is RP400...

here are some on the bay if you have an 8-3/4:

Ebay Green Bearings for 8-3/4 and Dana

I'll let others pipe in if they have a better or more correct part #

I was reading it as just the bearing...."Green" bearing. However I am wondering if there is anything else that I need to get so the brake kit will bolt up? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Should be good with green bearing only. Make sure he puts in new seals as well.

Found out the bearing installed by the machine shop were the RP400 bearings. So I ordered the snap ring style bearings from Doctordiff...

Hopefully that will take care of this issue!
