Got my replacement LEDs today and installed them. Photo attached.

Fuel and Oil Pressure gauges were a little dimmer than the speedometer before I did the swap. That's just an issue with the bulb location.

Airgrabber switch still has an incandescent.

I guess there is a blue diffuser inside the heater control. Might have to dig that out of there.

GREEN is from the display on the aftermarket stereo. Aftermarket tach still has whatever incandescent bulb it came with.

Well, I finally put mine in today. I have somewhat of an issue though...

By accident, i hit my horn after I was done with everything. I noticed that when I did, i could see light coming from the turn signal indicators, and the brake and oil warning lights....

What the heck is going on??? I hit the horn, these 4 spots light up.... I kid you not... NEVER did that before, so its gotta be the LED lights...

Not the LEDs but a ground issue. Make sure the dash is grounded good through the screws that hold it in and make sure the steering column is grounded to the dash frame. There is no connection between the horn and the lights other than ground.

Ok. Everything works as it should though. I'd think that with ground issues something wouldn't be working right.

I'll keep looking into it.

Thanks.

Lights light up when you hit the horn. Sounds like something isn't working right to me.

You need to fix the ground wire on your steering column.

All grounds are good. I went back out and looked everything over again. Here's where its gets really weird...I started it up and noticed that it wasn't charging. The ammeter showed discharge and my volt meter showed way low. All the wires looked to be fine.

So, on a whim I took out all the LED's and put the old bulbs back in. Oddly enough, everything is back to normal. Everything works as it should.

Apparently my car doesn't want the LED's. I'll send them back as I can't use them.

Weird huh?
