hey, great stuff Bobby I knew you had more in the car, now you just need to play with jetting, shooters and shock adjustment and you'll find a bit more. Just think how quick you might have gone with the wind in your favour. Mick

Good to hear the new best. Plus you got the reaction times figured out too.
Is that cam 0.634" calculated with the 1.6 ratio rockers, i.e. 0.595" if used with 1.5 rockers? Or is it listed as 0.634", but with 1.6 it would be 0.676"? (1.6/1.5 x 0.634")

I had a really good time. We were trying to figure out how long it had been since I'd driven down the track. Somewhere around 7 years is what I guessed. My first pass was 10.60 and ended with a 10.49, so I was tickled. The tree was giving me fits with those LED bulbs! They are so different from the old incandescent bulbs that I was used to years ago. Definitely a learning curve with the LEDs. I was happy with the last pass and the .506 RT Considering what little Bobby's car really has done to it, it is definitely surprising. For a non-stroker engine on pump gas, it ROCKS! Nice to meet Joe too! Not too many Mopar guys at that track, so it's nice to hang with a fellow Mopar guy.

Joe and Jason it was great having you there. hopefully next year we can go more. Jason t if you decided to buy some ez heads i would recommend you get the from porter racing heads becasue that's wear i got mine from and he did a great job on them. Ron yes so far the 1.48 is my best 60 foot time. But i wish it was in the mid to low 1.40 I was having a hard time hooking up this weekend. I have a lot of tuning to do on the suspension. but for right now all i have on the front for shocks is the cheep summit 3 way shock which are set on 90/10 and the rear springs are the 002/003 super stock springs, with some cheep dodge ram charger shocks. If i had the money i would like to put on ether the cal tract set up or some ladder bars. Ron sorry to hear about your money problems. becasue i to have been the same. I spent half my food money to go racing so its mac and cheese for me this week.lol Hi jim yes the cam is 594 with 1.5 rockers here is a pic of the cam card let me try and post a pic of it for you. deaks and every one else thanks for the kind words. I am very happy with the car but if you know me now i have this sickness to want to go faster. so hopefully next year i can build a 528 stroker short block, the heads and cam will be reused becasue the money will be tight.
