LMAO I'm kinda in the same boat. I can't hear my A1000 pump over the 4" single chamber flowmasters.
I've always heard people say the Mallory pumps are quiet.

if i was building a street car i would get one of the aeromotive fuel cells that has the pump inside. looks like a real cool product.

FWIW Dwayne went 11.18 @ 123 weighing 3550lbs. this was with a stock fuel system connected to a carter HV mechanical pump
personally i think people really go overboard with fuel systems
5.7 Gen III hemi, no pump on it. Am building it into 380 inch stroker. I agree, most over do it. All this car will need would be the equal to a holley blue, without the potential failure and noise. I have a rather large box full of Holley blue pumps in pieces. Some leak, one of them the magnets came loose, and other troubles.

Then my mechanical pump will not work for you. I would probably go with one of the in-tank pumps for quiet (stealth) mode. Would like to follow the build on your Gen III Hemi, so keep us posted. I have been seriously thinking about one for my Challenger.
