I've actually tried to induce bumpsteer in my setup by driving up on curbs and hitting speed bumps with one wheel, none noticed.
Bolting a centerlink to the center steer rack the exact same width as the original would duplicate the original geometry, I actually fabricated one in case the one pictured gave me trouble.

If you can find someone with an A1Cardone catalog it has most of the needed dimensions, I haven't found anything like it on the web.
