10" with 5 1/2" backspace on the back of my Road Runner. Tyres are 275 60R15. I would guess these would fit a Charger easily because the wheel well looks wider.

I have 15x8.5s on the back with 275 60R15s and once in a while it'll rub on the right side. Fronts are 15x6 with 215s, so no issues there.
What is your back spacing? I know 4.5inch is close...would a 15x8 with a 4 inch back space work?
I just ordered standard back spacing wheels from Newstalgia Wheel. It is 3.75. You could easily go with 4 inch back spacing, but I don't know if that's a custom order or not. My once in while rub problem probably has more to do with the 43 year old 243,000 mile springs. Also, my Charger's rear is really off to the right from the factory. Often wondered why they did that.

I think the picture was taken just as I launched off the line. The rear fender is normally a few inches below the top of the tyre. I'm not a serious racer, the Caltracs were a slight improvement. I now run them on the top hole, back them off so they don't bang on the street and don't adjust them at the track. Since the picture was taken I have also stopped using drag radials because they were only lasting a few thousand street miles and cost too much to import. My best times have been run on every day street tyres.
