Hello Mike. This is previous owner Vinny. I finally became a registered user here. The progress on the road runner is fantastic. The car definately wet to the right MOPAR fanatic. Please keep me in mind if you EVER think of selling. I would sell one of my "bad boys" to open up some space. Yes everyone, this is a real 2 tone car with a silver painted roof, black body and a pewter decor interior with a 4 speed. Hello to the family and have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Hello Ron. I am not sure if I remember you, sorry. Were you at my house when the rr was for sale? Refresh my memory. That car will stand out in any crowd. Happy Thanksgiving to you!

Hey Mike, I check in here from time to time to watch your progress. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving too. I'm supposed to get it into the resto shop the week of the 8th. I cut an access hole under fender dent and had a paint less guy fix the fender. Took a bunch of time but he made it perfect. The clear has 5 almost undetectable marks in it but should sand out when they have the car. I did the engine compartment and cleaned up the bottom of the car in this down time too. I will have the Wiper Motor and Blower Motor back from Bill Meerholz this week. I called your guy a second time and he said he was very interested in doing it. He was moving his Mother inlaw and will call and come to look at it by end of that week. That was about 3 months ago Here's a progress shot. Ron

Nice going Mike on hitting the BIG TIME on MCG! Did that 3 door Fury R/T have the special 1 month only muffler bearing option?

Finally got out in the garage! I had been very curious about the passenger side inner fender by where the shock tower is spot welded to the inner. Chrysler had been know to have wrinkles in the stamping and i wasn't sure if it had minor rust in between or if the wrinkles was the poor stamping. I took and 1/8 inch drill bit and drilled a hole and behold powdered rust appeared, so i took my small belt sander (new 3M and it works awesome!) and sure enough between the inner fender and the shock support there was rust.
