Todd OP pro stock Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 1,377 Ohio	Got the trans out and to the builder. He took it apart while we waited and my guess was right. The sprag came apart. He said it could have been alot worse. It only had a 12 roller stock sprag from TCI. That 16 roller unit is great and stops a lot of those problems 70 duster full chassis super pro 416 CNC Indybrock heads 727 w/brake best so far 1.212 60 6.219 in 1/8 at 110.88 9.768 at 137.81 1/4

I like the look of the stepped, axle bolts used in Coan Super Sprag better than the ferrals on the A&A unit. When I had the trans in my old car updated, I inquired about changing from the stock sprag. The builder didn't seem to concerned with the "upgrade" as I had never had issues with it, and the stock unit was secure in the case. Springs were uniform and rollers true. I've always just done my burnout in 2nd which he said was just fine.
