I have a slight vibration at about 3300 RPM's, goes away at lower and higher RPM's, much worse in 4th gear, but present in other gears. Vibration is only present when foot is on the gas, under some load. Vibration has been there since car was restored.

I am running a MP 402 Crate with A833. I had the driveshaft balanced which did not fix it, I am thinking either balancer or something on transmission input shaft since it is present in all gears and only under load. Any way to figure out before I start swapping parts?

Have you checked pinion angle?

Chrysler issued a technical service bulletin in 1973 for vibration diagnosis, it is 20 pages long.

Go to http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/1974-Dodge-TSB-Index.shtml & drop down to Chapter 25 - see 25-02-74D

Then look at the motor as the source of the vibration . Did you have the engine built ? Is it external balance ??
