If it's going to be a street/strip car, then I'd want a return system that returns fuel from the regulator up by the carb. Heat is your enemy and w/ a pump that bypasses directly back to the tank, you have all that fuel from ther pump to the carb that isn't getting circulated. As far as pumps and regulators, there are so many choices out there it's mind boggling. I like Aeromotive myself. I use the A1000 pump and love it. 9.50s at 3800# on pump gas.
