I currently have a KB with a window in it that still needs repaired. Looks to be a very nice block. I have been undecided as to which to get myself next time a KB or an Indy. Indy's customer service has me leaning towards another KB block.

Just buy one from BG or anyother guys on the site. I wouldn't deal direct with Indy if my life depended on it. Love the product, hate the non customer service.

Owned a INDY Block here and the block was OK..NO Major Issues Other than dealing with Indy or trying to get Service out of them..Have spent 10's of thousands of dollars with Indy over the past 10 years.. I DONT CARE how good their products are,I will NEVER buy another Indy Product Just to make my point about the way those guys treat the people who feed their families..They Dont deserve to have jobs with attutides and such poor Customer service...... My Friends have the KB Block and if i was to buy another it would be KB>>>>> PISS on INDY...

I guess I have been Lucky dealing with Indy,I have had no problems. The only reason I have decided to start buying parts from the dealers on here is to try and support them because of all the free advice and help they provide for us Moparts members!
But with that being said I don't have problems with the cashiers at Wal Mart or the Doctor office's are any where else. I won't allow any person to be Rude to me.I have made my Wife leave the buggy in line at Wal-Mart while I went and got the store manager and brought them back out to the cashier(I won't take no for and answer from them)after I made the cashier aware of how they would or would provide service to me.I have took the woman at the front desk back to talk with the office manger at the doctors office before.
Bottom line here is if you let a little flunkie at a computer, cashier or desk talk down to you I'm SORRY but its nobody's fault but your own.
I'm not saying Bully them people around, just don't let them Bully you around!
