Based on what I've seen over the years no. Almost every B/RB I've had apart that had an automatic behind it was not drilled.
1957 Plymouth (Hemi, Dual Quads, A833 4 Speed 9 1/4 w 4.10) Sold 1937 Dodge Pickup (Hemi, 6X2 intake, 46RH, Dana 60 w 4.56) Sold 1968 Plymouth Valiant 2dr sedan (354 HEMI, 46RH w/4.30 gears) under construction

Here's a guess, based on years of accumulating knowledge.....They were all drilled but not every single one was broached to the final diameter. R.
2 different outer diameter pilot bushings where available for mopar cranks. One for a 4spd crank and one for a auto crank to be used in front of a 4spd. That one has the smaller outer diameter. Napa did have them. I don't know if they are still available. Brewer's or Passion may have them. I also have some undrilled cast cranks.

I'm going with you on this one. My understanding is that the crank was drilled after installation if it was to be mated with a manual transmission. Urban legend?

I have never seen one that is not drilled, just not all are finished to fit the bushing
Some of the early (1966 to 1968) 440 automatic cranks where like the 383 cranks, not drilled deep enough to use either bushings, NAPA adapter or stock. Just like the 413 and 426 street wedges where
both of the above . easy enough to work around , trim the input shaft and use a later bushing that goes in the convertor register or if the crank is out of the engine at least have it drilled deeper and use the later bushing in the convertor register.
