That's pretty dang close to what I have in the Demon. I have a little more comp, a bit more lift, aluminum rods - oh the tunnel ram and two 1050s

Great combo

thats alot of power to make with that head,, with no vac pump, and std fuel, non-oxygenated.... also thats alot of fuel,, like 375lbs/hr to get through the intake system at 7100rpm,,, good job guys

Yep, it is making good power. I'd like to do a side by side test with my 514 just to see how it stacks up.

Andy that sounds great, What parts are the same between the two engines, the crankshaft stroke?

I don't think my 514 shares any parts at all with this 512. Mine is 4.440 x 4.150 with EZ heads. The power is similiar on a different dyno, but everything else is different.

Good results for sure. Probably my favorite BB Mopar engine combo as well with a stock block. They just seem to make good power

Motor is installed and running, I will not be able to test run it for a couple of weeks, it might just have to go to Columbus in May for its first runs.

Maybe Monster Mopar Weekend in St Louis would be a good test bed!

Car weighs 3450 with me in it so subtract 240 and 3210 would be it.

Its the 64 I was at the Louisiana Monster Mopar weekend, car ran great but driver needs more practice.

What rod length are you using in that? Very impressive!

No problem any other info i can give just ask.

I did not play with jetting on the 9.75 run I would expect I could of gone faster the jetting is fat at the moment.

Does anyone have the weather like for that run? (June 8-10, Gateway, time)
Heat, humidity, elevation 400ft?(atm pressure) all play a role. Track Weather History - DRR

875 hp at 7100, 713 ft-lb at 6000 at standard day (60F, 29.92"Hg)

I am trying to compare my 511 at 3250 lbs
9.38 at 140 mph, 73F, 30.01"Hg (80 ft track elevation helps).
I bet the corrections would make it close, assuming hotter/higher at MM.

1993 Daytona, 5.50 at 130mph (1/8) 1.19 sixty ft (PG). Link to 572 B1 - Part 1

I bet your run was in air around 2000-2500 ft DA,
compared to mine at around 850ft DA.
In those conditions at your weight, my car would likely run the same number as yours (9.7x)
