Those are the Chrysler Corp. codes for the colors, what are you asking? Do you want the codes/formulas for a specific brand of paint? What brand, what line?
Rallye Green metallic is also 97 on the fender tag of a friend's A12 Runner. I think the color is the same or real darn close to the 69 Camaro green.

You will need to know what brand of paint first. Any reputable piant shop or body shop will be able to look up the forumula. Make sure they get the right year though as the paint formula may change from year to year with the same fender tag paint code. Most good paint shops have a coumputer that can determine the right forula and give it to them in the various type of paint (singel stage, BCCC, etc).

I agree with this. I went to a dealer, maybe PPG, and what they had to offer was the color coat in a medium priced quality and a clear coat that raised the overall quality to top of the line.
The 69 Plymouth Service Manual, page 23-151 says, "F8, Ivy Green Metallic, Chrysler Code AY2EF8, Ditzler Code *43786", where * means carry-over color.
If anyone is interested, here's F8, the medium green, compared to F5, the light green, in bright sun. Jusy like your bottom (maybe), this paint had never seen the light of day, until this moment, because it is the inside surface of the door, under the door panel.
If you don't see two dolphins, you need a vacation.

Actually EF8 = Dark Green Metallic (actual Dodge name for it - Plymouth calls it Ivy); EF5 = Medium Green Metallic (Plymouth Limelight) and EF-3 is Light Green Metallic (Plymouth Frost Green Met.)
I was lucky enough to find a perfect sample of paint under my front windshield rubber that was never exposed to the elements and I used that for my color match. Of course, lighting, cameras and computer monitors all play a part. For example;
the garage under flourescent lights:
