A lot of my friends use Porterfield R4-S pads. I've been in their cars stopping from 140-50mph and they dont burn or fade.
+1 for This.
best street friendly pad on the market that works great on the track.
a little bit cheaper but close are the hawk pads.

Dunno what calipers we're talkin', but A'Zones elCheapo pads are damn near full metallic, cost pocket change ($20, typ.), are full molded, and are incredibly fade resistant, esp. after you cook the binders out. They are a little tough on rotors, but so are most of the $pendy "race" pads.
