well since we're on the subject, I have the A01 option in my cuda and I have the headlight buzzer and headlight delay. I noticed that there is a red wire coming off the timer that NEEDS to be plugged into BATTERY for the time to work. does anyone know where this connection is made. right now its plugged into the BAT terminal on the fuse block.

I have 2 green wires going into a female bullet type connector. the male side is a yellowish wire that goes into a fuse holder. comes out the other side into a harness with a small black wire the red wire. thsoe wires go to the headlight relay up under the left side cowl area. the other side of the red wire that goes to the relay goes to the BAT terminal on the fuse block. the other side of the small black wire goes to an accessory feed under the dash (one of those 3 terminal black connectors with a tan wire on it).
the timer is a little cylinder looking thingy (looks like an old flourescent light starter) and is just shoved up under the dash

Snoopy, here is a photo of it from my harness. This should be the timer.

Cucu, I am very surprized to hear that Chrysler just shoved the time delay can up under the dash where it would rattle around and drive everyone nuts. I was expecting it was mounted in a clip like the turn signal relay is mounted to the ash tray. I checked my service manual and there is no diagram showing how to install it.
Snoopy, thanks for straightening me out. No wonder it wouldn't fit right when I tried to install it in the car.

well, let me rephrase that- it was shoved up under the dash and wrapped around someof the harness when I GOT IT. most likely not like that when it came from the factory. my wiring was hacked to hell and back when I got my car.
If anyone knows where its SUPPOSED to be mounted, I'd love to put it in its correct location.

If I recall correctly, the lights fed by orange wires use a switched power, and the lights fed by pink wires use a switched ground. If you swap them around they don't quite work right.
In this example, the orange power feed wire is switched by the headlight switch, so those lights are only lit when you have the switch turned on.
The glovebox light (having a pink wire) should have power all the time, but is only lit when it recieves a ground from the glovebox switch (door open).
If you were to plug the glove box light into the orange power feed, it would only be lit when it had both ground AND power, meaning that it would only light when the glove box door was open, AND the headlight switch was on.
If you don't feel that you'll need the glovebox light in the daytime, this may be a workable solution for you, but I'm pretty sure the factory had it plugged into a pink wire feed.
By the way, your dash looks great!

Didn't read this till tonight, plug the glove box light's pink wire into any one of the three pink accessory feeds.  I think the relay hangs free in space & doesn't rattle at all. Hey cucu...can you please post a pic of what your A01 harness looks like, the one with the fuse holder. I'd like to check to see if mine is identical and ready to go. I think I have to find where that yellow bullet connector gets plugged into from the posted pic of the relay above too. Cool bro...thanks for the info Tav & good luck guys, the dashes look dynamite...
