Looks good, but where is the shiney stuff Mine is getting painted this weekend we took it over to the shop to finish prepping it and my sone will be spraying paint this weekend.

I normally spray all the jambs and that stuff as I spray the base then move to the exterior and shoot that... then go back for the second coat on base... that includes doing the jambs again... then set up for clear... doing the jambs first again... what I remember is that you have (I believe) 48 hours to shoot the next coat or you need to scuff it so it has bite.... but in his case he is wet sanding so that will be giving it the bite

So, what your saying is that Randys fingers get to heal up for a week before he does it again? LOL! I'm sure the finished product will be awesome. Guess I will have to wear white gloves when we put the motor back in?
