Plan is to use Aftermarker gauges laid out like the factory gauge layout was.
Tires are 315/60/15 Drag Radials on these wheels & 29.5 x 10.5W slicks on widened steelies with dog dishes.

These wheels were the gold centers. I could not stand that but got a heck of a deal on them. I took them apart, striped the gold ano & polished the centers & also could not stand the gold irridate grade 8 hex head bolts so I swapped them out for some polished ARP 12 pointers also. looks much better now.

Yes, mini tub with stock frame rails. I was going to leave the back seat in until we decided we better run some extra support bars down from the main hoop to the top of the boxed in spring perches just to be safe, glad we did. May still modify back seat around them.

Dash pad back on after slight lightening process. Was it worth it? No, probably not. Only took 1.8 pounds off of the dash. Looks cool though. Once all back together none of this will be seen.

You car is nice as it is. I have always loved you car. 9 second car & still drive it. That is what it is all about.... I plan on still driving mine on the street too. I do not have alot of money either. I have way less into it than it looks. No-one ever believe's how little I have into it. We do all the work ourselves with the help of friends & family.

I have Caltracs w/ split mono's on the rear. Stock up front for now. Yes, I am building it to run in the local head up racing, probably just be doing bracket racing at first just to get it back out until a bigger better engine combo is done.
