Here's what I see:
It's actually 2 pieces (you can see the spot welds in 2nd pic) that capture the carb stud barrel and the 2 top studs.
2 spot welds at each end to base, the "foot" is not a separate piece, same center piece folded at end.
Total length : 10"
Bevel to Bevel at top: 9"
Base : 1" x 0.5"
Center section is 7/8" and tapers down to 1/2"
