I have a few different sets of flanges I need to do. A set for a B1 TS, another set for a set of RR Oldsmobile heads.... I should get a list going, maybe a group buy on a bunch of different laser cut flanges.... Hmmmm.....

Are we talking Craftsman Truck W8's or CFE W8's? Pattern is different. I could use a set of SS flanges for my Coleman W8s.
What ever you need. If I could do a full sheet of flanges, that would be best.

If you are going to get several sets water jet cut, I'd try to get 304L or 316L SS. It is preferred for welded components. ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/Twocents.gif)

They would be a 304 or 304L. 316 would be a waste of money for exhaust flanges. We use 316 when in a more acid or corrosive environment. For example, a potato chip factory running salt lines, or building the salt hoppers in the hash brown area.
