Thanks, I love it way more then any other car that I've ever had by far. Going to start a second job so I can get extra cash to buy some new parts for it. Things that I want to do..... -going to have an original radio gutted out for Ipod hook up -new speakers -new exhaust (tti) -new front fenders (AMD) -install white seat covers -install carpet -new rear door panels -new top -space savor and jack stuff, trunk mat -clean up engine bay and detail with correct clamps, and hoses. -rim blow wheel -shifter boot -wheel trim rings -new engine harness.......
Oh man, its going to be in a 1000 pcs come spring ! Awesome car, I picked up a 383 4 speed 70 Cuda vert last year. Verts are a whole different animal. I know it wasn't on your wheel list, but I think magnum 500s look awesome on b5.

Put the new carpet in over the weekend and it came out great. I did however find out that my car was not a factory console car. The brackets were riveted in. I was very happy to see how solid the original floors were. I've decided to keep it as correct as I can and kept the console out of it.

Have you contacted Bill Rolack (I think that is his name) about the car? He has run the 71 'Cuda convertible registry since the eigthies and maybe he has some information on it. Bummer that the FT and BS sheet are missing but at least you have the VIN tag. Like you said, you have no plans to sell.

How long ago did he register it? I have a buddy with a 71 cuda conv that he has owned since 1981. I had a GB5 71 'Cuda a few years back. It had a body colored front grille.

LOVE this picture! Is that a GK6 340 Cuda? Def the ralleye wheels with the Goodyears, Just put them on my Cuda. The price was a shock until they were on the car, then it all went away!
