I`m looking for suggestion for a cam choice in my 426 Hemi. The engine is going into a 67 GTX with a 727 auto, dana 60 with 3:54 gears. The rear tire is 28" in diameter. I want a cam with a little more than what the engine came with in stock form. The engine has a measured 10.25:1 compression ratio. I want suggestions for a good hydraulic cam.
Thanks!

Well it cam stock with a 484 cam, but I would suggest a mild solid cam. Same cost, more performance, and less issues. We have been running a cam in the .575" range with mild duration, and gone as fast as 11.1 with it in a street car. the .484 has about 244* duration at 50 and we kept ours similar at 248*/252*, but with just awesome performance...
