The pictures don't do the truck justice IMO it is truly stunning to look at in person.

Nice ride Mike, I would love to see either a Hemi 99 engine between the frame rails!

That thing is a beaut. All them Dzus fasteners on the hood would scare me now after all the fire troubles we've seen lately tho.

Thanks for all of the kind words. As most of you know I don't get to attached to cars but I think this one is a keeper.

Anyone want a deal on my 69 Dart? Needs to go now to make room at home for the truck. LOL

Mike

Only six dzus fasteners and the whole front end comes off. It also has a 5lb. FE-36 fire suppression system which will be upgraded to at least a 10lb. Cold Fire system.

Good deal. I was looking at all those ones on the hood. Are you gonna spray/boost or n/a the engine you ultimately decide to run?

I've known Chris for a long time. My buddy Kevin at Supreme Bodywerks painted the original truck. Look up Al and Chris DeSalvo on google and you'll get a bunch of info. big racing family from Chicago. They were the Sparticus and "son" of Sparticus with an original 64 Dodge aluminum car and a 65 Plymouth. They matched raced for over 20 years with those cars. Chris's dad passed away years back and now Denny "South Oak Dodge owner" restored the 64 Dodge to factory. Incredable restoration! It's amazing how that 64 Dodge survived. I remember as a kid going to their shop on Fullerton to see Al banging the spark plugs on the aluminum fenders to gap them. Wow!

Chris is kinda back racing a 68 Cuda with a B1 running mid 8's. Back in the 80's they were some of the first guys spraying 500 plus HP and running mid 8's in the two 64's. They would wheel stand for over 500'. Was amazing to watch.

We already have a Liberty in the small tire Dart we run. I don't want the clutch maintenance with the truck so it will most likely end up with a glide.

I'd really like to have 600+" all aluminum Predator motor but that will be cost prohibitive so probably another SB or 99 Hemi.

Mike

I'll let the SB slide as long as it's a big inch one. Hemi 99 would be killer in though

I heard Miller or Millner was running a truck but never saw it. Did he run one of his Big blocks? I had also heard he had a 99 Hemi in the truck. Like I said heard a lot about him having the truck but thought he crashed it. Never heard anymore about the deal.

Looks good, I always liked the Pro stock trucks. I may have Chris' number around hear somewhere. Unless I lost it with everything else in the move. I almost bought the truck from him. I was actually calling about his G-force tranny and bell housing he had for sale years ago and he offered up the truck.
